Lifetouch will be taking yearbook pictures on Thursday and Friday, October 5 & 6. Please see the attached poster for the QRC and instructions for ordering your picture packets.
Homecoming Dance Theme: Dream the Knights Away
The dance will take place on Friday, September 29 from 8:00pm – 12:00am. The dance is only for
students of NEHS and no outside guests will be allowed. You must purchase your ticket prior to the
dance during lunch and maintain possession of it. You will not be permitted without a ticket and you
can’t buy tickets at the door. Tickets will be on sale during lunch Thursday, September 21 – Thursday,
September 28. There will be no tickets sold after 12:45 pm on Thursday, September 28 for any reason.
PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE A RIDE AT NEHS BY 11:45PM SO YOU CAN EXIT THE PREMESIS PROMPTLY.
Concessions will be sold at the dance and only cash will be accepted. Tickets are $10.
Powderpuff Game to be played Friday, Sept 29 8:05AM. See below for ticket info.
There will be a powderpuff interest meeting on Wednesday, September 20 immediately following
school in the commons area. You MUST attend the meeting and complete the required paperwork in
order to participate in the event. Paperwork will be due on 9/25 to Mrs. Presley by the end of the school
day. Powderpuff practice will be 9/27 after school and must attend practice to play on Friday. If you do
not attend the meeting and practice, you will not be able to play in the game on Friday.
Game day: Friday, Sept 29 at 8:05am. Tickets are $2 and tickets will be on sale during lunch Sept 25-28th.
No tickets will be available to purchase after lunch 12:45 on Thursday, Sept 28. Only students with a purchased ticket will be allowed to attend.
Homecoming Day Friday, Sept 29:
We will have activities planned throughout the day for NEHS. The activities may include a parade
(weather permitting), powderpuff football game, and a pep rally (COLOR WARS!). These events are
subject to change due to weather and/or student behavior prior to the events.
Homecoming Football Game Friday, Sept 29:
Dream the Knights Away! Beat the Kenwood Knights! NEHS Eagles vs KHS Knights at the Nest Kickoff 7:00pm. Tickets on GoFan. Remember Clear Bag Policy enforced at all CMCSS Sporting Events.
Support our school with Publix Partners. Publix Partners helps you support NEHS every time you shop. Publix donates a portion of your eligible purchases to the school. Northeast High School is a Publix Partners School. Publix Partners has gone digital, meaning there is no physical card required. Attached, you will find a document that outlines steps to link a personal Club Publix account to Northeast High School. Please sign up for a Club Publix account to designate Northeast High School 3701 Trenton Rd Clarksville TN, 37040 as the Publix Partners recipient on your account. You will enter your account phone number every time that you shop and checkout at Publix and Northeast High will receive credit for qualifying purchases.

The CMCSS Instruction and Curriculum Department will host information sessions throughout October for families interested in learning more about dyslexia and individualized learning plans for dyslexia (ILP-D.) Families may have received a phone call from their child’s teacher or paperwork sent home recently. These information sessions will answer questions regarding the CMCSS screening process and new state requirements. Caregivers can pre-submit questions to ensure they’re answered by emailing [email protected]. Pre-registration for the information sessions is not required.
