I grew up in Clarksville, attending Montgomery Central High School. After graduation, I attended APSU majoring in mathematics and minoring in Chemistry. My husband and I have recently moved back to take care of my dad who passed away in March. We lived in Florida for over 30 years, where I received my Master's degree in educational leadership from University of North Florida as well as teaching math and science in our district. We have three children. The last one graduates with her BS in December. I love teaching math...this was my career decision in 8th grade.
