Mission
To provide your child with the best learning experience and environment for physical fitness, finding activities your child will enjoy, and nutritional facts in hopes they will carry this knowledge out into the world after high school to continue a healthy active lifestyle.
GOAL: TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL FITNESS/CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE
EXPECTATIONS: EVERY STUDENT BE PREPARED AND PARTICIPATE EVERY DAY.
Listed below are several rules and regulations that might make this year easier for all concerned. PLEASE READ, SIGN.
DRESSING REQUIREMENTS
Wear clothes that are appropriate for moving and working out in.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance will be taken daily at the beginning of each class.
GYM GRADING
Grading will be based on daily participation and teacher assignments.
(physical or PLP).
MEDICAL NOTES
If you are unable to physically participate due to a medical injury/issue, a doctors note must be EMAILED to your teacher. NO HAND WRITTEN NOTES BY PARENTS. Alternate assignments will be assigned.
