My name is Heather Carroll, and I've been part of CMCSS for 8 years. I spent 4 years as an educational assistant at NEHS while completing my degree. I then taught for a year at New Providence Middle School and am now entering my 3rd year at NEHS. I have two children who are both in high school. Teaching has always been my passion, and I'm enthusiastic about motivating students to be lifelong learners and supporting their journey toward becoming successful adults.
