Expectations & Classroom Policies
In addition to upholding all expectations outlined in the Student Code of Conduct, reviewable at http://www.cmcss.net, the following are additional expectations in this classroom.
Respect - Students should respect all students and faculty members to include the following norms:
- There should be no talking while an instructor or another student is presenting information, or during times when such is detrimental to the function of the class.
- All ideas, even those of a personally disagreeable nature, are to be considered open for conversation and respect should be shown to the originator of the idea.
- All students should practice self-respect, including the sharing of ideas.
Responsibility - All students are fully responsible for their actions both in and out of the classroom, including the foreseeable consequences of their actions.
