Coach Jerry Haywood brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Northeast High School wrestling program. A proud graduate of Fort Campbell High School, Jerry served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic, earning accolades such as graduating from Air Assault and Pathfinder School. He has a Bachelor's in Sports and Health Science and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. This is his second year as head coach here at Northeast and he has previously coached multiple teams from youth to high school.
Outside the gym, Jerry is dedicated to serving his community as a member of the Clarksville City Council, working to create a brighter future for Clarksville. He lives with his wife, Rebekah, and their three children, inspiring the next generation both as a coach and a community leader.
