Expectations & Classroom Policies:

In addition to upholding all expectations outlined in the Student Code of Conduct, reviewable at http://www.cmcss.net, the following are additional expectations in this classroom.

Respect - Students should respect all students and faculty members to include the following norms.

1. There should be no talking while an instructor or another student is presenting information, or during times when such is detrimental to the function of the class.
2. All ideas, even those of a personally disagreeable nature, are to be considered open for conversation and respect should be shown to the originator of the idea.
3. All students should practice self-respect, including the sharing of ideas.

Responsibility - All students are fully responsible for their actions both in and out of the classroom, including the foreseeable consequences of their actions.

Unless otherwise specified, only English III assignments may be worked on during class time. Other work will be confiscated.
